About me
I've always been fascinated by how the body adapts, recovers and performs. That curiosity led me to graduate with a first-class degree in Sports Rehabilitation, alongside further study in Neuroscience at the University of Bristol.
Since then I've worked across professional rugby, football, private practice and luxury retreat settings, treating everyone from elite athletes to people simply wanting to move without pain.
One thing I learned early is that qualification isn't the end of learning. I continue to invest heavily in my clinical development, completing the Go To Physio mentorship with Dave O'Sullivan and currently studying Anatomy in Motion with Gary Ward. Every course, mentor and patient has shaped how I assess movement and approach treatment.
My interest in rehabilitation is also personal. After years of severe back pain and a disc injury that at one stage left me struggling to walk, sit or sleep, I experienced first-hand how frustrating persistent pain can be. Recovering wasn't about finding a single magic treatment—it was about understanding how the body moves, adapts and regains confidence. That experience continues to influence the way I work with every client.
Today I train across multiple disciplines and am working towards competing in Olympic weightlifting at British Championship level. Staying active isn't just something I recommend—it's a fundamental part of my own life.
Every session is deliberately unhurried, combining hands-on treatment, movement assessment and rehabilitation as needed. Rather than chasing symptoms, my goal is to identify what's driving the problem and help you build lasting strength and confidence in your body.
